How to Use:

1. Pull out approximately 30–45 cm of floss using the built-in cutter. 

2. Wrap the ends around your middle fingers, leaving a short section to work with. 

3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. 

4. Curve the floss into a C-shape around each tooth, moving gently up and down along the tooth surface and just beneath the gumline. 

5. Repeat between all teeth, using a clean section of floss for each space. 

For best results, floss once daily alongside brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
